Tracking codes take 3 to 7 business days to be forwarded from our suppliers to you, the customer.

We are not responsible if the product cannot be delivered to the recipient due to the delivery address being filled in incorrectly on our website at the time of checkout.

The time frame varies according to the agility of the Post Office and customs, but it usually takes between 10 and 20 days on average . The final delivery period is up to 40 business days.

After the stipulated period, we recommend that you contact the Post Office to clarify the reason for the delay. If the Post Office is not in possession of your order, please contact us immediately so that we can check with our suppliers. Confirming that, if

It is important that you provide the means for delivery to be made to the address registered in your order. After 3 (three) proven delivery attempts, you will have to collect the order from a post office near your address.

Storage fees are charged if items are not collected within 7 calendar days. The amount of the fee depends on the weight/volume of the product.
